Secure video and telephone consultations are available with any Doctors to anyone with a UK address. Dr Mansour and Dr Lambert can only offer remote options, all other Doctors can see patients in one or more of our three locations.

The St Erme Medical Building is over 200 years old and for most of that time has been a traditional Cornish stone barn where cows were milked on the ground floor and cereal threshed on the upper floor. It was last used for agricultural purposes in 1992. It has been brought back to life as a modern healthcare facility meeting all regulations.
Architectural features have been conserved to respect its grade 2 listing and sustainability ensured using ground source heating. It blends a traditional ambience using a relaxed colour scheme with the hygiene standards of a clinical facility. This was a challenge to achieve but our success has been recognised by an award from the Cornwall buildings group and what patients tell us.

All of the doctors have worked with Dr Gray for a long time – Dr Mansour for nearly 30 years! They share their values and adopt a similar approach. They work as a team and will discuss problems to achieve a consensus view.
Women’s Health Services in Plymouth
Dr Patton offers a clinic most weeks at the Nuffield Health Hospital in Plymouth. This provides a regular face-to-face service to women. She provides a range of women’s health services, including menopause, contraception, and intrauterine device fitting.
Dr Gray has seen patients in Plymouth for over 20 years and offers reviews for these patients only. Plymouth appointments are booked through the St Erme Medical admin team as for all other appointments.

Dr Gillies offers a clinic most weeks in the Nuffield Health Hospital in Exeter. She can provide women’s health and scheduled GP appointments for adults.
Her specialist women’s health services include menopause, contraception and intrauterine device fitting. She is recognised as a Menopause Specialist by the British Menopause Society and will see women with more complex problems.
Dr Gillies can see adult patients as a private GP. This is not an emergency or out-of-hours service. Consultations in Exeter are booked through the St Erme Medical admin team as for all other appointments.
