Our Experience
Dr Gray was trained as a family planning trainer in 1995 by Dr Mansour. We have trained many others to train and have national recognition as experts. We have been involved in many national guidelines, including medical eligibility for contraception, heavy menstrual bleeding, and HRT after gynaecological cancer.
What Women's Health Education & Training do we offer?
We offer women’s health and education training in a variety of formats.
1:1 Practical Training
1:1 Practical training for those working towards an FSRH accreditation.
Small Group Interactive Sessions
Practical training small group sessions starting with a DFSRH assessment half day. We offer specific sessions covering prolapse and pessaries, menopause, progestogen implants for contraception and intrauterine devices.
St Erme has a teaching room that allows a group of up to 12 to learn practical management in an interactive and hands-on setting.
Large Group Sessions
We can teach to large auditoria and online for audiences with over 1000 people.
Cornwall, Plymouth and Exeter
We provide training locally in Cornwall, Plymouth and Exeter and offer online teaching nationally. St Erme Medical is based in its own premises in the centre of Cornwall. We have a training room and co-ordinate our activities from here.
We can support in person training in Cornwall and Devon and have our own small group teaching room at St Erme.
Most national teaching is online.

St Erme Medical is a private General Practice founded by Dr Sarah Gray. She is both a GP and a specialist in women’s health and is regarded as a national expert. She has provided both NHS and private specialist services for 25 years. She now leads a team of doctors who work with her to the same high standard.
