Making a Decision

You choose which the option you would like to follow and we will help you to make decision that is informed and right for you.

What Types of Contraception Do we offer?

We offer all methods of reversible contraception and support you to make an informed decision.

Contraceptive Pills

Contraceptive pills are liked by many women. A range of options are available, and we can help you to choose one that works for you. Combined pills have choices with different oestrogens, different progestogens and even equivalents that deliver as patches or a vaginal ring. There are also a range of progestogen-only options. Once we understand you better, we can help with the choice.

We can offer a range of intrauterine devoces available in the UK. Copper bearing (non hormonal) coils are used for both emergency and long acting contraception. The hormonal coils provide very good long acting contraception and reduce bleeding. We will help you decide what is best for you.

We offer the contraceptive implant for those looking for long-acting reversible contraception.

We offer the contraceptive injection and teach you how to self-administer.

What Can We Help With?

We have many years of experience in the field of contraception and can help you to choose what is right for you. We can offer all reversible methods.

Do not suffer in silence – do something about that health problem that has been niggling for a while. Take stock of your health and look at what you can do to improve things now and reduce risks for the future. Do not assume that because you have a long term health issue that nothing can be done to help other problems that are affecting how you feel and what you can do.

Experienced GP's

Our GPs are fully qualified and all have years of experience. Medicine covers many areas, and no one can know everything. There are unknowns and gaps in the data. We will tell you when we cannot answer a question.

We wil listen to you and can explain the myths and misconceptions.
